Top

This is a tool for managing your trade leads.

  1. Register new trade leads.
    If you want to post trade leads, go to 'Trade Leads' page and click 'Post Trade Leads'. After you input the mandatory information, click 'Submit'.
  2. Repost previously posted trade leads.
    Reposted trade leads will be listed first in search results. However, you can repost the same trade leads after 7 days.
  3. Update or delete previously posted trade leads.
Manage My Product Catalogs

This is a tool for managing your product catalogs.
It is important to understand the terms Group and Item for managing product catalogs.

  1. Group is simply a term representing multiple 'Item's.
    The group name and its description are not searchable and will not appear in search result lists.

  2. Item is an actual product. All information entered in Item fields is searchable in product catalog searches. Items are displayed under the related group name on your Pacificeb homepage.
  3. Update or delete previously posted trade leads

Follow the instructions below for posting products information.

  1. Go to 'Product Catalogs' and click 'Post Products'
  2. Click 'Add Group' button and insert appropriate group name.
  3. Click 'Add Item', located on the far right side of the group name, and input all your product information in the related group.
Create My Homepage

Every Pacificeb member can build their own company homepage based on company profile and product catalogs. The homepage URL will be http://www.Pacificeb.com/your_company.  Regular update and management are highly recommended.

Follow the instructions below to create a company homepage.

  1. While you are in the process of Pacificeb registration, click 'Create My Homepage' button in membership confirmation page or in My Pacificeb page. If your company homepage has already been built, you will not see 'Create My Homepage' link in My Pacificeb front page.

  2. Select homepage template in 'Create My Homepage' menu.

  3. Insert your company logo image.
    Certain templates do not support company logos. In that case, your company logo will not be displayed on the homepage, even though you upload the image. To enable company logo, select template without upper right portion image.
    Or choose No Image among top image templates located in My Homepage Menu -> Edit Site Style -> Template Edit -> Main Frame -> Top Image.

  4. Input Footer information.
    Footer information will be displayed at the bottom of the front page.

  5. To enable bulletin board function, input appropriate board name and check the box, indicating whether you want bulletin board feature.

  6. To enable guest book function, input appropriate guest book name and check the box, indicating whether you want guest book feature.

  7. Input Headline information, which will be displayed on upper part of the front page.

  8. Input sentences, which will be displayed in the middle of the front page.
    You can use HTML editor as well.

  9. Upload image, which will be displayed in the middle of the front page.

  10. To enable guest counter function, check the box.

  11. Click 'Create My Homepage' to finalize.
To update your company homepage, simply go to 'My Homepage' in My Pacificeb page. You can add or delete contents and images in a simple way. Advanced options are also available. Using 'Advertise My Homepage' feature, your company homage URL will be automatically multi-posted to search engines worldwide.
Trade Alert

With Trade Alert service, via email the members can receive information that fits selected category from constantly updated Trade Leads, Product Catalogs and Company Profiles.

To use the Trade Alert feature, follow the instructions below.

  1. Select all the items you are interested in.
    1) Buying Trade Leads: Offers that buyers post with the intention of purchasing products
    2) Selling Trade Leads: Offers that sellers post with the intention of selling products
    3) Biz Trade Leads: Offers that members post with the intention of other than purchasing or selling products.
    4) Product Catalogs
    5) Buyer's Company Profile
    6) Seller's Company Profile

  2. Select the category you are interested in.
    Be specific when selecting a category, as it is the most important criteria for utilizing trade alert features.
  3. Then trade alerts in the selected category will be sent to you
Manage My Inquiries

You can send messages for more information to buyers and sellers. With 'My Inquiries' features, Pacificeb members can freely exchange their messages. Limited function of message exchange with non-Pacificeb members is also supported.

There are 4 different kinds of messages.

  1. General Inquiry
  2. Request for Quote
  3. Quotation
  4. Purchase Order
General Inquiry is the default setting in the Pacificeb search page. If you want to send messages other than 'General Inquiry', use 'My Inquiries' features in My Pacificeb page.

Once messages have been sent, saved or deleted, the messages are stored in one of 4 folders.

  1. Incoming Inquiries
  2. Outgoing Inquiries
  3. Drafts
  4. Trash
Sent messages are stored in the sender's 'Outgoing Inquiries' folder and recipient's 'Incoming Inquiries' folder simultaneously. The recipients will also receive an email notification message upon receiving messages. However, non-Pacificeb member recipients will receive notification message only via email. The messages are not stored in their 'Incoming Messages' folder.

My Inquiries offers more convenient features.

  1. My Partners
    Store your frequently exchanged business partners' information for future reference.

  2. My Products
    Store your frequently transacted products information for future reference.
Pacificeb Mail
Top

Pacificeb offers an English, web-based mail service with 20MB storage space, recipient's receipt function and templates for English letters.
You can configure email applications such as Outlook and Outlook Express to receive email using POP3 protocol.

My Favorites
Top

While browsing trade leads, product catalogs and company profiles you can save certain information anytime for future reference. All you need to do is just to click 'To My Favorites' in any page. To view your saved information, go to My Pacificeb page then click 'My Favorites'.

Edit My Company Profile
Top

When registering Pacificeb membership, all registrants are required to create their own company profile. As fundamental company information, the company profile is search-oriented and displayed in company information page of the homepage. To view or update, go to 'Company Profile' or 'Update Member Info' in My Pacificeb page.

Forgot Password?
Top
If you forget your password, follow the instructions below.
  1. Click 'Forgot Password' link in Pacificeb main page.
  2. Input your email address used in Pacificeb registration, then click 'Submit'.
  3. Your Pacificeb ID and password will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.
Change Password
Top
If you want to change your password, follow the instructions below.
  1. Go to My Pacificeb page -> 'Member Account' menu then click 'Update Password'.
  2. Input your current password and click 'Submit'.
  3. On the next page, input a new password twice and click 'Submit'. Your password has been updated.
Change Newsletter Option

Pacificeb periodically provides members with information such as announcements, trade related articles and updated services. To receive the Pacificeb Newsletter, follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to My Pacificeb -> Member Account menu then click 'Update Newsletter Option'.
  2. Select the option, then click 'Submit'.
